Use of the Westwall Militaria website constitutes agreement to our terms of use. We encourage you to review the following information carefully.
Affidavit of Customer
By making a purchase on westwallmilitaria.com, The customer agrees that, with I being the customer:
- I am not an unlawful user or addicted to any controlled substance.
- I have never been and I am not expected to be convicted in any court of a misdemeanor crime of domestic violence or any felony crime.
- I am currently not subject to a restraining order of any kind.
- I have not been adjudicated as a mental defective and
- I have not been committed to any mental institution.
- I am not currently less than (18) years old.
If any of these conditions is untrue, then this constitutes a breach of contract between the customer and OBA Sales. We will not allow sales to individuals known to not meet any of these conditions. We are not liable if the customer does not meet these conditions, and this is not known to us, or otherwise.
Prohibited Shipping Addresses
I will not request that Westwall Militaria ship prohibited packages outside the lower forty-eight states of the United States or to Massachusetts, Chicago, New York City, or any other area that is prohibited by federal, state, or local law. Westwall Militaria does ship to Illinois, New Jersey, and Connecticut when proper documentation is provided.
Indemnification and Agreement to Defend
I fully agree that if any of my representations when making purchases under the Terms of Sale are incorrect or if I fail to comply with these Terms of Sale, then I will indemnify, defend, save harmless, and release .com and its owners, agents, officers, and employees against any civil liability or criminal prosecution resulting from my purchase from Westwall Militaria.
I fully agree that by placing my order, I release Westwall Militaria from any and all liability arising from or related to the products I purchased from Westwall Militaria, including (but not limited to) my or anyone else use of the product, my or anyone else’s storage of the product, and my or anyone else’s handling or transportation of the product, and I agree to indemnify, defend, save harmless, and release Westwall Militaria and its owners, agents, officers, and employees against any civil liability or criminal prosecution resulting from the products I purchased from Westwall Militaria.
SHIPPING
Shipping is a flat rate charge through the most appropriate shipping source (USPS, UPS, FED-EX). All shipments can be expected within 15 days unless the item is out of stock or back ordered.
TRADEMARKS
Westwall Militaria and other marks indicated on our site are trademarks owned exclusively by Westwall Militaria. The use of these trademarks and trade dress is prohibited if used in connection with the sale of any product that is not Westwall Militaria, in any manner that seeks to disparages or discredit Westwall Militaria or in any manner that may cause confusion among our customers.
PRICING AND DESCRIPTION ERRORS
To provide the largest selection of available inventory to our customers our online inventory changes every day. Because of our large selection, once and while an item may appear on the site by mistake or the item’s description may contain a typographical error. We do not guarantee that titles, descriptions, pictures or prices on our site are error-free. We reserve the right to refuse any order including for items with errors in the description or price or that are not legal for the State being sent to or for the individual purchasing the item. In the event that we cancel an order we will not charge the customer’s credit card or we will refund the money.
If an item’s description contains an error such as incorrect photo, price, accessory or description and a customer makes the order, we will not process the order without first contacting the customer.

CHANGES IN POLICY
Westwall Militaria reserves the right to modify, alter, delete and update these policies at any time we see fit. Such alterations do not nullify our rights if infringements or breaches occurred under a previous version of these conditions.
REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective. If you receive a defective item, please contact us via email at sales@obasales.com with details of the product and the defect. Further instructions will be provided if item is to be returned and/or exchanged.
Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment.
If we receive the item in our store and you cancel your order. we will charge a 10% restock fee for regular stocked items and 35% for custom items.
Refunds do not include any shipping and handling charges shown on the packaging slip or invoice. Shipping charges for all returns must be prepaid and insured by you. You are responsible for any loss or damage to hardware during shipment. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Any amounts refunded will not include the cost of shipping.
